Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.  Pre-orders will state the expected shipping date.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most shipments are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service. Should alternate delivery services be required for a special item or order, we will contact you directly with shipment details.

International Shipping Information
  • All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees at the time of delivery.
  • Select the items you would like to return, and select if you’d like a refund or store credit.
    • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number you may use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at twigandrueboutique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into it for you.
